I saw someone commenting that it is on route to get a second season 100%. Just not known how soon.

They ended it nicely and could keep it like this, but the story is very pleasant and I can definitely see it grow more.

what do you mean its a good end to a good short high school flick. Relationship building was ultra natural and captures the essence of an innocent high school love pretty well. Even down to the broke penny pinching trip we all went through at one point lmaooo.

This was a good point to end.

Damn a confession under the stars, that's going to be unforgettable for the both of them. It was really sweet and romantic, especially how Nakami held her hands, it felt more intimate.

I like how neither regret the kidnapping. I'm glad Nakami won the contest, makes the whole thing even more worth it.

I'd definitely watch another season of this.

The confession under the starry sky was superb and it made me tear up. The studio wrapped the season perfectly with this episode. The last few minutes were a cherry on top.

This was another amazing romance, but also with some drama elements. It immediately got me hooked and made me read the manga.

There are many things I love about the story. The visuals are amazing, the atmosphere is impeccable – whether it’s the setting or the character interactions. The characters themselves are incredible too, but it’s Magari who is above anyone else. She is a cheerful, energetic girl, who infects you with her energy. She also has her own share of problems – the heart problem she was born with, which is the reason for her insomnia. I love how she really feels human (it also applies to Nakami). Sometimes you can clearly see that the characters are just characters in a story.
Plotwise, I really love how the main couple gets closer to each other and starts to grow feelings for each other. I only hope the author doesn’t make this a tragedy.

Overall, it’s an amazing story with one of the best girls this season and it deserves a 2nd season. I’m gonna rate it – 10/10.

This is getting a 2nd season!

This is one of my favorite romances of the Spring season - together with Danger In My Heart. For starters, Ganta's and Isaki's relationship feels very natural. It makes me look forward to seeing them grow closer throughout the story. They are cute together and watching them always brings a smile to my face.

The story blends very well between romance, comedy, and drama; especially drama. It kept hinting at some kind of very heavy development but still managed to contain it within the total anime runtime. It's kind of "if you want to know more about the story, read the manga" but you still feel the anime itself is already self contain and you can already make the anime's ending your headcanon. That ending is already good enough, really.

The visual is kinda mixed. While it's not bad by any means, it's quite clear that the show paid more attention to the scenery, which is really stunning.

The show also nailed the sound department perfectly. The OP and ED fit so well with the theme of the show and insert songs make you feel melancholic; it gaves me a total immersion.

Overall, it's a solid 8.5/10 anime that makes me want to follow the manga after this; I totally do.

And so ends the spring season not counting the leftovers…

But I’m glad this ended on a happy note tho xD
